Attorney-at-law Jana Lutter specialises in the field of intellectual property rights, in particular trademark and design law, copyright law, personal rights and private media law. She studied in Göttingen, Dresden and Siena (Italy) and was admitted to the bar in 2007.
She joined Spirit Legal as of counsel in 2023. She is also the coordinator of an LL.M. programme at the TU Dresden. As a research assistant, she is involved in research and teaching in the field of intellectual property rights.
Strategic consulting and defence are her particular strengths. From the music industry to eBay traders and artists, Jana Lutter has represented a wide range of clients.
She is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR), a member of the advisory board on culture and communication at the Saxon Academy of Administration and Business (SVWA) and a lecturer in music law at the University of Music.
Jana Lutter plays volleyball in the city league, loves to read and is interested in art and architecture.
